I was happy to have the chance to visit this wonderful restaurant. The wait time was not that long and it was worth the wait. The food was delicious, fresh, and left me with a great feeling. I would recommend coming hear to satisfy needs for quality food, service, and atmosphere!
Lovely breakfast. I had molletes and added an egg on top. It was delicious. The only thing I really didn’t like, as a matcha lover, was the matcha.
Loved it here very much! Amazing food, plenty of different options to choose from (also vegetarian) and an impressive drinks menu ranging from kombuchas and lemonades to cocktails, Mexican cava and mezcals. It’s also very cosy there, it’s a lovely covered courtyard so it’s kind of outside but not warm from the sun.
There’s a restaurant and a bakery. The restaurant is good, with a relaxed atmosphere. The bakery is awesome. The loaves of bread (avena and multigrano) are delicious, as are their chapata breads. They also sell a savory berry jam that you can find on the wall on the right.
Enjoyable breakfast. Had a baguette with wonderful house made bread and high quality cured meats. Quiche was moderate and served ice cold, which was weird. She loved her shakshuka. Worth a stop for the bread.
Great place for lunch or dinner. We don't have many options for deli type sandwiches where I live in Merida so I ordered their cold meats sandwich which was one of the best things I ate during my visit. My wife also really enjoyed her burger. They have happy hour drinks 5-7pm
I can see why this place has the high rating that it does. I opted for the yogurt bowl and it was divine! My husband had a sandwich and it was massive! Despite the portions, they were not heavy. Loved the fresh ingredients and lovely staff. Looks to be very popular with tourists.
Boulenic is a gem in Oaxaca! We had breakfast here and really enjoyed it. French toast was best we ever had. The pastries and breads are absolutely delicious — fresh, buttery, and full of flavor. Coffee is excellent and pairs perfectly with their baked goods. The place has a cozy, welcoming vibe that makes you want to linger. Service is friendly and attentive, and everything feels made with care. A must-visit for anyone who loves good coffee , artisanal pastries and good food.
